Gram is a zero-waste shop based in Malmö that sells unpackaged food (with a focus on organicly grown products) and non-food items. The idea behind this concept is to reduce packaging waste from goods and products, which are bought in bulk from local suppliers. Customers bring their reusable containers (or purchase them at the shop) to refill.
TASK:
Gram Malmö's website had not been updated in 3 years and required a redesign to stay current and relevant. The project also involved the relaunch of the online shop.
Gram Malmö's website had not been updated in 3 years and required a redesign to stay current and relevant. The project also involved the relaunch of the online shop.
Working from a clear framework. The project involved using the existing CMS and graphic profile, which consisted of a logo, illustrations and a basic colour palette and to make a significant improvement without starting from scratch.
Objective:
The goal was to create a website that reflects Gram Malmös identity and that allows customers to readily see and buy products, connect on social media and to easily navigate the website. The other objective was to update the online shop to reflect the products sold in the physical shop with images, description and SEO.

Solution:
Carried out a visual and structural overhaul of the existing website. With the current graphic profile as a base, added additional colours to the palette and typography to complement the identity . Icons and design language were updated to create a more cohesive and modern experience.

Personal project
This project involved utilising the brand identity of a company I found inspiring. The profile was applied in the creation of a printed A4 document, coffee pouch, and a brochure for a ficticious event.
